The City of Soap Lake invites you all to a special meeting to introduce the concept of Soap Lake becoming a Certified Creative District- There will be a guest speaker who was successful in stewarding the process for Moses Lake. Receiving input from community members will be helpful in assessing Soap Lake’s process.
