(UPDATE FEB 22nd)
The City is providing the SMP draft (linked below) to the Washington State Department of Commerce for a 60 Day review. An advertisement will be going out in the paper opening up a 30 day Public Comment period in April along with a joint public hearing. Please review at your convenience. Thanks to all who have participated in the update process, and plan to continue to do so through these next steps.

The follow up workshop is scheduled for for Feb 10th, 2:30PM at the Community and Senior Center. 121 Second Ave SE, Soap Lake, WA 98851. Please attend this follow up meeting to learn what updates are being considered for the SMP update., and to learn about the rest of the review process.

The Consultant (White Bluffs Consulting) working on the Shoreline Master Program(SMP) Update with the SMP Coalition (Grant County, Soap Lake, Grand Coulee, and Electric City) will be presenting at the Soap Lake Senior Center this Friday, Dec. 9th at 2:30PM. 121 Second Ave SE, Soap Lake, WA 98851. Please attend this initial meeting to learn what the SMP update is about and the process that is taking place to complete the update.
