Notice is hereby given that the Planning Agency for the City of Soap Lake will hold a public hearing to consider an application for a Planned Development District to construct a 236 manufactured home condominium development, together with associated infrastructure and amenities. The property is 38.92 acres located on Division St. S, on the West side of the street between 8th Ave SE and State Route 28. The application was submitted on Jan 11th and has been considered a complete application on Jan 30th. A 14 day SEPA comment period will be open from Feb 1st - Feb 15th. A preliminary Mitigated Determination of Non Significance will be submitted to the WA State Dept. of Ecology.
An open record hearing will be held before the Planning Agency on Friday March 3, 2023 beginning at 5:00 pm or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Soap Lake Community & Senior Center, 121 2nd Ave SE, Soap Lake, WA
Any person with interest in this matter is encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide testimony. Written comments will be accepted until the close of the hearing. This will be the only open record hearing on this application.
